Sales and Intake Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Intake Specialist to join our team at Runway Depot LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Provide proactive sales and back-office administration support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Receive, input, and price intake in a timely manner, staying up-to-date with current market trends.
- Ensure thorough data capture and follow through with tracking and client outreach efforts for both customers and consignors.
- Stay aware of and highlight new arrivals and current inventory through merchandising and in-person communications.
- Regularly update social media and respond to customer inquiries in a proactive and timely manner.
- Coordinate with management on a daily basis to anticipate operational issues and propose solutions.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are effectively applied and enforced in the store and throughout all professional interactions.
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant professional experience or 5 years of applicable experience preferred.
- Knowledgeable about women's luxury brands and products.
- Ability to develop and grow a client base.
- Strong organizational and logistical skills.
- Two plus years of experience working for a luxury and/or high-end contemporary brand.
- Strong social media skills.
- Experience in the resale industry.
- Deep knowledge of luxury brands.
- Knowledge of vintage pieces and estate jewelry is a plus.
- Experience building and managing your own client book.
