About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Sales Coordinator to join our team at NeueHouse. As an Event Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in the coordination of prospecting and sales for private hire events within your individual market segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination of prospecting and sales for private hire events
  • Develop and maintain key business relationships with event clients, sponsors, and partners
  • Assist with the solicitation and scheduling of offsite inspections and lunches
  • Assist with onsite inspections and tours
  • Research and identify potential client bases for NeueHouse
  • Assist with sales and marketing budget, travel, and trade show budgets
  • Compile reports and distribute Weekly Sales reports to the Event Sales team
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Event Sales team

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as a coordinator in a sales-focused environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
