Job Description:

The Strategic Customer Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, including Fleets, OEMs, and Truck Stop Chains. This role requires a deep understanding of the transportation/trucking industry, excellent sales skills, and a proven track record of success in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed corporate sales objectives
• Build trust and nurture relationships with key decision-makers
• Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:
• 3+ years of successful B2B national and strategic account sales experience preferred
• Strong consultative selling/solution selling experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel independently and possess a valid driver's license (typical travel time is 3+ days per week)

Compensation:
$140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience
