We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Supervisor to join our team. As a Strategic Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for overall fiscal accountability, marketing development, personnel and physical plant management of a multi-property residential portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fiscal Accountability: Develop annual budgets for assigned properties, analyze financial statements, and work with Community Managers and other stakeholders to address and resolve issues in the financial performance of the portfolio.
  • Personnel Management: Use effective techniques to screen, hire, orient, and train new management personnel, oversee staff training, and ensure consistent compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Marketing and Action Plans: Monitor market trends, develop and monitor active renewal programs, and assist Community Managers with marketing plans to maximize income and occupancy.
  • Client Relations: Coordinate property owner's desires with responsible management techniques, handle and resolve resident and vendor situations on a timely basis.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in multi-site property management, sales, marketing, and customer service. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing multiple properties, leading teams, and developing and implementing marketing plans to drive occupancy and revenue growth.

Benefits

AOG Living offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
