Captive Client Relationship Manager

Position Overview:
As a Client Manager in the Captive sector, you will collaborate closely with Senior Client Managers and the Captive Underwriting team to oversee sold case and renewal inventories. This role involves engaging with captive relationships, brokers, and third-party administrators (TPAs) to address complex service inquiries effectively.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative solutions to resolve client challenges.
- Act as a strategic resource for policyholders, brokers, TPAs, and the SLF organization.
- Focus on nurturing internal and external partnerships to foster long-term growth in our Captive business.
- Manage activities related to new business and renewals, policy implementation, claims, and broker compensation.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to align customer needs with company objectives.
Key Contributions:
- Collaborate with Captive Underwriting and the SCC to implement new business and renewal processes.
- Maintain a robust pipeline for new business and renewals within each Captive unit.
- Address service issues for in-force policies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Support Captive Underwriting and external partners in managing renewals.
- Respond to inquiries from captive relationships, brokers, and TPAs, ensuring timely assistance.
- Keep the Client Relationship Management system updated with relevant interactions and activities.
- Gain expertise in Captive Stop Loss products and the self-insured industry landscape.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and communication.
Qualifications:
- Ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals.
- Preferred experience of 1+ years in Group Insurance or Stop Loss Insurance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proven success in negotiation and customer service.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills.
