Client Relationship Manager

Role Overview:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our regional expansion goals while assisting the Regional Manager in diverse functions, such as coaching agents, building relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and sustaining ongoing sales initiatives.
Your primary focus will be on enhancing sales growth.
In this position, you will also have the chance to mentor agents, helping them improve their performance while establishing and maintaining robust client relationships.
This role necessitates in-person sales activities within a Credit Union setting.
Compensation and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote company offerings within credit union branches and through telephonic outreach.
- Develop and nurture relationships with credit union contacts to create sales opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with credit union representatives.
- Engage with branch management at credit unions.
- Provide training and support to credit union personnel.
- Three to five years of experience in insurance sales.
- A proven track record of successful sales performance.
- Willingness to travel as required for worksite engagements.
- Proficient in computer skills, including typing.
- Demonstrate ethical sales practices and compliance.
