We are currently seeking a Client Advisor to join our Employee Benefits division. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in nurturing, developing, and managing both new and existing client accounts. This position requires a proactive approach to account management and exceptional service delivery to meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads by analyzing market positions and researching sales options.
  • Foster strong client relationships by providing ongoing support, insights, and recommendations for new opportunities, including cross-selling initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various divisions to promote the full range of products and services offered by Unison Risk Advisors.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
  • 2 to 7 years of sales experience in a relevant industry is preferred if no prior insurance experience exists.
  • For candidates with insurance experience outside of brokerage, 2 to 5 years in underwriting, risk control, claims, or similar roles is preferred.
  • If you have brokerage experience in the insurance sector, 1 to 3 years in a sales capacity is preferred.
  • A well-established network in the surrounding regions is advantageous.
  • Sales experience in sectors such as Healthcare, Education, Real Estate, Construction, Non-Profit, Manufacturing, and Professional Services is beneficial.
