We're seeking a Manager, Price Strategy to join our Growth and Strategy organization. This role will define, develop, and oversee alternative fee arrangement programs aimed at transitioning the firm away from time and material pricing towards value-based strategies. The successful candidate will manage the creation and implementation of pricing value-based and offer configuration programs, including content creation, value benefit analytics, and conversion efforts. They will also lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment and team leadership to ensure the successful execution of pricing strategies. Additionally, the Manager, Price Strategy will work closely with Pricing and Commercial Enablement organization to align function and service unit leadership with strategic plans and processes. They will conduct research and analysis to develop price measurements across all KPMG functions, utilizing external market research and collaboration with other departments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of recent experience in a pricing role or related field. They will also possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, with a Master of Business Administration or relevant Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Experience within a professional services firm or strategic pricing function, with a demonstrated leadership career path acceleration, is also required. The successful candidate will be proficient in at least two or more of the following consulting areas: service pricing strategy development, scenario planning, CRM or CPQ implementation support, operational and performance improvement, or other relevant pricing experience. They will also have a proven track record in coaching and mentoring others to succeed, with demonstrated experience in team development and leadership. The ability to handle stressful situations with perseverance and professionalism is essential. The Manager, Price Strategy will also have experience with pricing strategy and program implementations, with strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, with working knowledge of Alteryx, Power BI, and/or Tableau.
