We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Strategy Manager to join our growing team. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping our digital strategy and driving the execution of marketing plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, keyword research, email marketing, online advertising, and PPC campaigns. They will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing a team, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize paid search, display, and social advertising campaigns.
  • Plan and execute an effective SEO strategy to increase targeted, organic traffic to our websites and blogs.
  • Continually optimize PPC campaigns by updating keywords, ads, and landing pages.
  • Provide regular reports with analysis of KPI dashboard strengths and opportunities.
  • Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and presence across all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Administer marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Program email communications and design email sequences.
  • Manage social media channels and develop strategies for content creation and engagement.
  • Support strategic and tactical approaches to lead generation.
  • Assist in the creation and promotion of digital content to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Offer guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a relevant field.
  • 8+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience managing multiple aspects of digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes and workflows.
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations and data management best practices.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
