Job Title: Director of Strategic Partnerships

T-Mobile is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our executive team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our organizational strategy and contributing to our continued growth and market leadership.

Job Summary:

The Director of Strategic Partnerships will be accountable for partnerships that accelerate growth for T-Mobile Business Group (TBG) through new product and solution capabilities that enhance the direct portfolio and go-to-market timelines. This leader will pursue new/emerging markets to build domain expertise and acquire new customer accounts leveraging partner capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Further expand key strategic partnerships such as Hyper-scalers, OEM's, and Technology companies
  2. Cultivate new business opportunities with emerging partners and like-minded mobile carriers around the world
  3. Contribute to T-Mobile's goal of driving revenue and brand fame through innovative partnerships
  4. Collaborate with key VP+ stakeholders in the organization to identify and drive critical business opportunities
  5. Negotiate optimized terms and lead the execution of commercial contracts and related partnership agreements
  6. Coordinate partner-related joint marketing initiatives, communications, PR, GTM, new product introduction and ongoing campaigns/industry events
  7. Facilitate joint sales activities, conduct partner/sales performance reviews to pull forward voice-of-the-customer
  8. Research, analyze and partner with peers across TBG with the product team and corporate strategy to build business cases for ideas and prospects
  9. Drive TBG management to pursue the most meaningful partnership opportunities
  10. Develop and drive partner engagement further penetrating key partnerships with our product team, understanding and navigating our product priorities
  11. Develop a pipeline of ideas defining and prioritizing a strategic plan for business opportunities and the value and impact they bring to T-Mobile
  12. Bring new and creative partnership ideas and opportunities
  13. Manage and evolve a roadmap of partnership activities based on a strong understanding of TBG and customer needs
  14. Ensure proper collaboration with internal organizations for execution
  15. Stay current with leading technology businesses and initiatives
  16. Demonstrate cross-functional leadership by working collaboratively with, business leadership, and internal and key external partners to align all parties, and define and deliver product vision
  17. Lead all aspects of select ongoing partnerships ensuring value is created for both parties
  18. Leverage data to drive strategy and performance metrics
  19. Develop short- and long-term vision, strategy and planning for the growth and evolution of strategic partnerships
