Job Title: Senior Director, Business Development Data

T-Mobile is seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our executive team as Senior Director, Business Development Data. This role will be responsible for driving the development and execution of T-Mobile's data and AI monetization business, serving our Enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships with senior internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Lead a team of professionals responsible for data and AI partnership negotiations, strategic business case development, and complex data analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the data and AI space.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of T-Mobile's data and AI assets and capabilities, and identify opportunities to leverage them for business growth.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute the company's data and AI strategy, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a strategy or business development environment, with a strong track record of driving business growth and revenue.
  • Advanced level understanding of strategy development, execution, and complex negotiations.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and analyze complex data and drive business decisions.
