Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in products.

- Provide insights to senior leadership regarding product enhancements and market needs.

Sales/Service Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and evaluate sales/service metrics, generate regular reports, and present findings to senior management.
- Identify areas for enhancement and implement strategies to improve effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Compliance and Regulations:
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
- Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory changes and make necessary adjustments to sales and service processes.

Sales Promotions:
- Collaborate with Buyers to select product offerings and devise promotional strategies with budgets to secure and enhance product revenue.

Contract Negotiation:
- Engage with Clients and Buyers to secure business agreements and negotiate essential Purchase Agreements and Contract Manufacturing Agreements as needed.

Reporting:

Annual Sales Strategy:

- Propose an Annual Sales & Marketing Staffing Plan.

Industry Market Trend Reports:

Requirements:

- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in sales leadership.
