Key Responsibilities:- Provide empathetic and personalized support to patients and their families

- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
- Educate patients on treatment options and provide coaching to support their well-being
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience working with computer-based information systems
- Ability to multitask and maintain resilience in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of experience in a full-time customer service role
