Key Responsibilities

Your role will involve:

  • Boosting Joint Replacement sales by supporting sales teams and developing your own accounts through engagement with existing customers and identifying new prospects.
  • Maintaining communication with current and prospective Joint Replacement customer accounts regarding product updates, portfolio changes, and educational initiatives.
  • Enhancing your sales skills through coaching and mentorship from experienced Joint Replacement Sales Representatives and Managers.

Qualifications

To be considered, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ years of sales experience preferred
  • Proficiency in current office technologies (MS Office suite, databases, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Experience in relationship management, particularly with surgeons and hospitals, is advantageous
  • Comfort in emergency and operating room settings
