Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our team at KaVo Dental. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in assigned territories.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a territory sales plan to achieve or exceed sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to become a trusted advisor.
  • Partner with our distributors and end-users to drive customer acquisition and growth.
  • Manage assigned geographical territory within the allocated expense budget.
  • Maintain strong business acumen and stay informed on products, technologies, and competitive activity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent dental industry experience.
  • 2+ years of business-to-business, outside sales experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Candidate must live in the territory.

Preferred Requirements:

  • 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience, in a commission-driven role.
  • Prior dental industry experience.
  • Completion of formalized sales training courses.
