About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Specialist to drive the rapid expansion of our leading toxicology laboratory.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing new accounts and increasing business in existing ones within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales volume growth objectives by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Build strategic relationships with medical practices, treatment centers, and other healthcare providers to promote our services and drive growth.
  • Manage your book of business through regular face-to-face interactions within your assigned region.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Healthcare industry knowledge is essential.
  • Strong cold calling and closing skills are required.
  • Prior experience in pain management is preferred.
  • A strong sense of ethics and integrity is non-negotiable.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (such as Salesforce) and ability to adapt to various technology platforms.
  • Clean driving record and ability to maintain a home office.
  • Willingsness to travel overnight within your territory and attend company meetings and conferences.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with HIPAA, confidentiality, and security policies.
