We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Sales Growth Manager to join our Inbound Sales Team. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in connecting small and medium-sized businesses across the nation with our comprehensive business management platform and digital marketing solutions.

About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for managing inbound leads and making outbound follow-up calls to secure new clients. Your main activities will revolve around re-engaging with qualified leads who have previously shown interest in our solutions portfolio and running demonstrations to secure them as a new client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales pipeline and achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Conduct thorough needs analyses to identify prospects' pain points and showcase our customized solutions
  • Daily Metrics Include: making 50+ outbound dials, receiving 2+ transfers, running 3-4 virtual demonstrations
What You'll Need
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Demonstrated success in growing new business
  • Drive and competitiveness to surpass sales goals and advance your career
  • Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • BA/BS degree (preferred)
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus an uncapped commission plan.
