Position Overview
This is a Remote position. Candidates must reside in CA.
Schedule:
8am-5pm
Role Summary: The Lead Business Systems Analyst is tasked with optimizing the system requirements for Research Operations end users. This role involves fostering and maintaining strong relationships with user departments to guarantee effective training and application utilization. The Analyst will provide project leadership to the Research Operations team for program development, system building, testing, documentation, training, and ongoing maintenance of various operational systems.
Required Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare-related information systems. At least 1 year of experience in implementing and/or supporting hospital applications. Proficiency with PeopleSoft end-user systems and applications is essential. Experience in training personnel on PeopleSoft Grants/Financial modules and developing custom reports in PeopleSoft, along with financial analysis skills, is highly preferred.
Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a combination of formal education and direct healthcare systems support.
Compensation Information
USD $80, USD $144,

The final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will be influenced by various factors, including education and experience relevant to the position.
The pay scale provided for this role is generally applicable to candidates who meet the specified qualifications and requirements outlined in this job description.
