The Senior Analyst, Business Operations and Strategy plays a crucial role within the Revenue Strategy & Operations team, contributing significantly to the growth and success of ServiceTitan.

This position will spearhead essential strategic initiatives for the revenue organization, focusing primarily on market expansion efforts while also engaging in transformative special projects. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, including strong analytical capabilities, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a blend of strategic and operational expertise.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and clearly communicate analyses in collaboration with cross-functional partners on high-priority strategic topics such as market entry and expansion strategies.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of analytics projects, which includes data extraction, manipulation, analysis, and reporting of findings and key performance indicators, along with ongoing reporting and recommendations for business plan adjustments.
  • Collaborate across various teams as a steward of the programs you support, ensuring successful outcomes throughout their lifecycle.
  • Present findings, insights, status updates, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders, effectively translating data into actionable strategies.
  • Utilize analytics, research methodologies, and statistical techniques to interpret data and analyze results, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Assist in establishing priorities, resource allocation, and goal setting for the broader Revenue teams.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in high-growth technology firms and/or management consulting.
  • Experience in operations/business operations, strategy, and/or growth within the SaaS industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses, including customer research, data analysis, customer segmentation strategies, and competitive assessments.
  • Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and other advanced analytics tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to distill complex issues into actionable plans, manage execution, and drive results effectively.
  • Thrives in ambiguous and dynamic environments, embracing diverse experiences and challenges.
  • Demonstrates a balance between attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
  • Exhibits exceptional cross-functional communication skills, simplifying and clarifying complex problems for stakeholders at all levels.
