Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and effectively communicate comprehensive analyses in collaboration with cross-functional partners, focusing on high-priority strategic topics such as market entry and expansion strategies.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of analytics projects, including data extraction, manipulation, analysis, and reporting of findings and key performance indicators, while providing ongoing insights and recommending updates to business plans.
  • Collaborate across various teams as a custodian of the programs you support, ensuring successful outcomes throughout their lifecycle.
  • Present findings, insights, status updates, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders, transforming data into actionable strategies.
  • Utilize analytics, research methodologies, and statistical techniques to interpret data and analyze results, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Assist in the development of priorities, resource allocation, and goal setting for the broader Revenue teams.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in high-growth technology companies and/or management consulting.
  • Preferred experience in operations/business operations, strategy, and/or growth within the SaaS industry.
  • Proficient in conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses, including customer research, data analysis, customer segmentation strategies, and competitive assessments.
  • Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets; experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and other advanced analytics tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to simplify complex issues into actionable plans, manage execution, and drive results.
  • Thrives in ambiguous and dynamic environments, embracing diverse challenges and opportunities.
  • Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional communication, with the capability to clarify and explain complex issues to stakeholders at all levels.
