The Senior Analyst, Business Operations and Strategy plays a crucial role within the Revenue Strategy & Operations team, contributing significantly to the growth of ServiceTitan.

This position will spearhead essential strategic initiatives for the revenue organization, focusing primarily on market expansion efforts while also engaging in transformative special projects. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, including strong analytical capabilities, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a blend of strategic and operational expertise.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and clearly communicate analyses in collaboration with cross-functional partners on high-priority strategic topics such as market entry and expansion strategies.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of analytics projects, which includes data extraction, manipulation, analysis, and reporting of findings and key performance indicators, while providing ongoing reports and suggesting updates to business plans.
  • Collaborate with various teams as a steward of the programs you support, ensuring successful outcomes throughout their lifecycle.
  • Present findings, insights, status updates, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders, effectively translating data into actionable strategies.
  • Analyze data and interpret results using a variety of research methodologies and statistical techniques, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Assist in establishing priorities, resource allocation, and goal setting for the broader Revenue teams.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in high-growth technology companies and/or management consulting.
  • Experience in operations/business operations, strategy, and/or growth within the SaaS industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses, including customer research, data analysis, customer segmentation strategies, and competitive assessments.
  • Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and other advanced analytics tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to distill complex challenges into actionable plans, manage execution, and drive results.
  • Thrives in ambiguous and dynamic environments, embracing diverse experiences and problem-solving opportunities.
  • Skilled in balancing attention to detail with the need for speed in execution.
  • Exemplary cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to simplify and convey complex issues to stakeholders at all levels.
