Job Overview

At Atticus Family Law, S.C., we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion by building relationships with clients and identifying new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular sales performance reports to ensure sales goals are met and exceeded.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify incoming leads to ensure timely and effective appointment scheduling, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Client Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information to ensure informed sales strategies.
  • Geographic Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your designated geographic area.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline by following up with qualified leads and converting them into sales.
  • Consultative Selling: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Qualifications and Requirements: Possess a valid U.S. driver's license, 2+ years of sales experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree is preferred.
