Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with key decision-makers, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business opportunities and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at existing and potential customer companies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and engagement
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Provide sales support and guidance to internal teams, including customer success and account management
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize results
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of high-volume cold-calling experience in the B2B space or related industry
  • Experience with email campaigns and a customer relationship management system (CRM)
  • Positive, self-driven team member with a desire to learn and grow
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, and highly articulate
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle time effectively
  • Ability to deliver extraordinary customer relationships
  • Professionalism; being both resolute and diligent
  • Ability to accurately determine lead qualifications based upon established criteria: Budget, Interest, Need and Timeline
