Job Summary

The Business Development Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Marketing and Business Development Managers by gathering and producing essential information for brand development and revenue generation activities. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong project management skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to attorneys, clients, and other members of the marketing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Development: Draft directory submissions and awards to showcase the firm's achievements and expertise.
  • Market Research: Conduct research for strategic market opportunities, contributing to informed decision-making.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate sponsorships for local and national conferences, client seminars, and events, including travel arrangements, invitations, attendee lists, and on-site support.
  • Data Management: Collect and maintain attorney experience and client information in databases and CRM systems.
  • Marketing Materials: Assist in the creation and maintenance of pitch materials, practice collateral, attorney biographies, and related materials.
  • Meeting Support: Support the development of meeting agendas and presentations, and circulate meeting summaries.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate across practices and offices to advance marketing and administrative goals.
  • Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador for marketing and business development tools, facilitating connections and access to valuable data and information.
  • Reporting: Assist in tracking and reporting pipeline data and other Business Development activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: Prior administrative, business development, marketing, or legal experience desired.
Work Environment

This role is designated for a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in office per week to facilitate collaboration with key stakeholders and 2 remote days per week.
