Leave Administrator Role

As a key member of the Human Resources team at J. Paul Getty, the Leave Administrator will report to the Associate Director, Human Resources and collaborate closely with HR Specialists, HR Coordinators, and in-house employment counsel to ensure seamless employee support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of employee leave, including vacation, sick leave, and family leave.
  • Collaborate with HR Specialists to develop and implement leave policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to leave-related inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with HR Coordinators to ensure accurate and efficient leave tracking and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date on changing leave laws and regulations, providing guidance to employees and management as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and software.
