Job Summary

As a key member of the Human Resources team at J. Paul Getty, the Leave Administrator will report to the Associate Director, Human Resources and collaborate closely with HR Specialists, HR Coordinators, and in-house employment counsel to ensure seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of leave administration, including policy implementation and compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR Specialists to develop and maintain HR processes and procedures.
  • Work closely with HR Coordinators to ensure accurate and timely leave tracking and reporting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, addressing leave-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing leave laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in HRIS systems, are essential for success in this role.
