Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of inside and outside sales experience, particularly within the electronic components industry. This role requires a willingness to travel and the ability to thrive in both manufacturing and corporate settings, as well as in a start-up atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in both inside and outside sales activities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Utilize strong interpersonal communication skills to foster client engagement
  • Leverage industry knowledge to drive sales growth
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills to manage sales processes
  • Adapt to a dynamic start-up environment with a trial period before commission eligibility

Compensation:
Competitive base salary ranging from 60-80k, with additional bonus opportunities based on experience.

Qualifications:
  • Preferred experience in electronic component or manufacturing sales
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively
  • Comfortable working in a trial basis environment for 3-6 months
