Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HP Account Executive to join our team at Aztec. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key brokers and consultants to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attain assigned sales goals and metrics through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.
  • Coordinate the preparation of proposals, including responding to detailed questionnaires and negotiating pricing and performance guarantees.
  • Present proposals to brokers and clients, and coordinate with internal departments to conduct finalist presentations.
  • Implement the Target Account Strategy and maintain information necessary to support the solicitation of target accounts.
  • Develop and improve relationships with assigned brokers and consultants through frequent contact and updates.
  • Mentor junior staff members on sales processes and procedures.
  • Provide sales and marketing support to peers and management.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of HPHC products, prospects, and competition.
  • Supervise the implementation of sold accounts, ensuring timely scheduling of employee meetings and completion of required paperwork.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful employee benefits/group insurance sales or consulting experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of employee benefits products, insurance contracts, and administrative procedures.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities, negotiate, and develop brokerage consultant and account relationships.
