About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Phone Support Specialist to join our team at Nathan & Nathan P.C. in Birmingham, AL. As a critical component of our call-center operations, you will provide exceptional support to consumers and clients through effective communication and negotiation.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to find solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Meet performance metrics and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Work Environment and Benefits:

  • 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and holidays.
  • Competitive salary range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour.
