About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Birmingham, AL. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to multiple professionals, including managers, managing directors, and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative and office support activities, including fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, filing, scanning, copying, and placing meal orders.
  • Support calendar management, making travel arrangements, and utilizing various software, including word processing spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
Requirements
  • 10+ Years of administrative experience
  • Strong calendar management skills, ability to learn tasks quickly, and attention to detail.
  • Able to organize a daily workload by priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach, strong decision-making abilities, and professional-level verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation

$33/hr
