HR Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
Accentuate Staffing is seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations and larger business initiatives. This position requires a strong understanding of human resource management and administration principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Support: Provide administrative support to the HR function, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS data entry.
- Talent Acquisition: Assist with the talent acquisition and recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and conducting performance telephone interviews and reference checks.
- Onboarding: Support the onboarding process, including background checks and e-Verify.
- Compliance: Assist with data collection for internal and external audits, and compile data for annual required compliance reports.
- HR Data Management: Collect HR data for reports to ensure compliance and monitor trends.
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to employees, managers, and HR Team members.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify and streamline existing practices and procedures.
- Professional Development: Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Education: Associates degree in human resources, business administration, or a closely related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years' experience in human resources, with an emphasis in benefits administration.
- Skills: Working knowledge of human resource management and administration principles and practices, extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office, strong quantitative, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Personal Qualities: Self-directed, motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented, excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills, proven experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing work environment.
