The Administrative Supervisor - RN is a key member of the Wilson Medical Center team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization when management is not present. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on ensuring seamless patient care and staff management.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate staffing and emergency situations
- Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Address patient and family concerns
- Communicate with the Administrator on Call as needed
- Associate's degree required
- Minimum of 3 years RN experience required
- BLS certification required, or obtained during first week of hire
- ACLS certification
- Handle with Care certification
