Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Merchandising: Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
  • Associate Support: Ensure Associates are processing efficiently and effectively, and provide training and mentorship as needed.
  • Customer Experience: Engage and interact with all customers to provide an excellent customer experience, and maintain a clean and organized store.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded, and maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the backroom area.
  • Communication: Communicate accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities, and provide progress updates.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively with peers and supervisors to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
  • Skills and Abilities: Superior communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Physical Demands: Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
