About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to join our team at Refresco. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the planning and scheduling of all maintenance work, ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and Scheduling: Develop, schedule, and optimize maintenance plans and schedules for predictive, preventive, routine, scheduled, and emergency maintenance services.
  • Work Order Management: Manage the work order process to ensure a robust and thorough use of our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Communication and Collaboration: Track activities, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and coordinate work with planning and production teams.
  • Maintenance Optimization: Optimize maintenance plans and schedules to ensure safe operations, regulatory compliance, and equipment availability.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with the Spare Parts Coordinator to develop and implement an optimized kitting process.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure all equipment in the plant is accurately recorded in the CMMS with necessary PMs in place.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with maintenance technicians to ensure work is completed on time and in full.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance maintenance systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a Technical field (or equivalent experience) plus three (3) years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance planning, or inventory coordination.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Windows, Excel, & Outlook) with the ability to learn new applications as required.
Working Environment
  • Physical Demands: Occasionally exposed to environmental factors such as dirt, grease, fumes, cold, noise, dust, and extreme heat.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Required to follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Safe Quality Food (SQF) policies, and wear PPE as necessary.
