  • Recruit and hire hourly employees for various positions within the organization.
  • Coordinate and manage hourly employee orientations and training, ensuring accurate records are maintained.

  • Assist the HR Manager with staff recruiting, onboarding, and benefits, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Ensure accurate information is entered and maintained in the HRIS, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Assist with time and attendance system management and support payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Administer hourly benefit plans, assist with staff benefits, and communicate information to employees in a clear and concise manner.
  • Coordinate Leave of Absence programs, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
  • Assist with day-to-day safety activities, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to ensure compliance with all company employment policies and state and federal employment laws.
  • Maintain employee confidence by keeping compensation and benefits information confidential.
  • Participate in special projects with the HR Manager, driving business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:


  • Good knowledge of company time and attendance and payroll systems.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Bachelor's or associate degree in HR Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in HR and payroll operations.
  • Good overall knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
