About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to join our team at Refresco. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the planning and scheduling of all maintenance work, ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and Scheduling: Develop, schedule, and optimize maintenance plans and schedules for predictive, preventive, routine, scheduled, and emergency maintenance services.
  • Work Order Management: Manage the work order process to ensure a robust and thorough use of our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Communication and Collaboration: Track activities, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and coordinate work with planning and production teams.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment in the plant is properly maintained, with necessary PMs in place, and work closely with maintenance technicians to ensure work is completed on time and in full.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to optimize maintenance systems and processes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track Maintenance KPIs, develop and execute improvement plans, and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a Technical field (or equivalent experience) plus three (3) years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance planning, or inventory coordination.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Windows, Excel, & Outlook) with the ability to learn new applications as required.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Working Environment

This role requires the ability to work in a manufacturing environment, with occasional exposure to environmental factors such as dirt, grease, fumes, cold, noise, dust, and extreme heat. You will be required to follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies.
