Your Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple projects involving both internal teams and external clients.
  • Establish project objectives and parameters, collaborating with specialists to devise solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Ensure the successful execution of assigned projects, encompassing all critical phases, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Track project advancement concerning timelines and budgets.
  • Facilitate and coordinate lessons learned, ensuring thorough documentation and project evaluations.
  • Functionally lead project team members and manage all external service providers, resources, or stakeholders involved.

Your Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least one year of experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in SAP business management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in presenting technical topics and leading discussions.
  • Ability to resolve engineering challenges.
  • Knowledge of product, manufacturing, and business processes.
  • Familiarity with vehicle drivetrain concepts.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
  • Experience in managing projects within the automotive sector.
