Your Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Quality Assurance Systems Engineer, you will oversee sub-project management focusing on quality aspects leading to successful series production launches. You will serve as the primary quality liaison for both customers and project teams, ensuring effective support for the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process.

Your role will involve summarizing customer quality requirements and communicating them effectively to the project team. You will also be responsible for quality reporting within the project team and across various management levels.

Key tasks include:
- Developing prototype, pre-series, and series control plans.
- Coordinating product-specific measurement strategies during early project phases.
- Participating in the standardization of measurement processes.

Additionally, you will support, prepare, and track quality-related topics during project-specific audits, reviews, or assessments, including ASPICE and functional safety evaluations.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications:
    Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree in Engineering with at least 2 years of practical experience.

Familiarity with Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) manuals, including Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Quality System Assessment (QSA), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is essential.

We seek candidates with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, a results-oriented mindset, analytical thinking skills, and excellent communication capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and AS9100 standards is highly desirable. Strong project management skills will be an asset.

Our Offering

Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000
Hiring Bonus: $500 after 90 days, $1000 after 180 days
