### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Strategic Business Development Lead** to join our team at Iron Systems. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improvement.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement business strategies to improve key metrics and operations
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create business plans that identify needs, goals, and options for success
* Identify and assess the viability of new business opportunities, including risks and return on investment potential
* Develop plans to achieve desired business outcomes and results
* Provide ongoing consulting to business leaders and employees to ensure success in their business areas
* Maintain and grow relationships with clients and other business partners

### Qualifications and Skills

* Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, business management, finance, or related field
* Experience as a business consultant in our industry or a relevant field
* Demonstrable business, leadership, and analytical skills
* Strong grasp of business fundamentals, including finance, marketing, economics, operations, strategy, information technology, and organizational psychology
* Demonstrable commitment to business ethics and corporate social responsibility
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
