Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional risk solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set and achieve new business goals through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities
  • Utilize our sales tools and resources to target and prospect new business and create a new business sales pipeline
  • Manage new business sales pipeline and follow up on leads and prospects to ensure new business goals are met
  • Work with internal teams to identify cross-sell opportunities and maximize results
  • Attend community events, work personal networks, and participate in activities that drive new business sales goals
  • Stay current on license and education requirements
  • Attend internal and external trainings to stay up-to-date on insurance market trends, local laws, and new/changed coverages

  • Competitive base salary + commission structure in a range of $120,000 - $180,000

Requirements
  • Must hold appropriate and valid insurance licenses and driver's licenses
  • 3+ years of insurance sales experience
  • Thorough understanding of insurance underwriting and including rating procedures
  • Self-starter with good communications skills and strong sales skills
  • Competitive, persistent, and self-reliant with high energy and sales drive
