The pay range for this role is $43,000 - $65,000 yearly, plus performance-based bonuses.

Job Summary

The Client Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to policyholders of Property & Casualty insurance. This includes answering questions, interpreting policies, explaining coverage, and resolving concerns. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the customer and insurance companies, promoting opportunities and resolving concerns while delivering a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients.

Key Attributes
  • Property & Casualty License: Possess a valid Property & Casualty license.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 3+ Years of Experience: Possess 3+ years of experience with Property & Casualty insurance products, particularly Personal Lines, such as auto and homeowners insurance.
  • Attention to Detail: Exhibit excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well independently and on a team.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience with Mercury Insurance Company: Possess experience with Mercury Insurance Company.
  • Applied Systems Platforms: Have experience with Applied Systems platforms, such as TAM and Epic, or AMS360.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Sales Experience: Hold a Bachelor's Degree or 1+ year(s) of relevant sales experience.
