The Chief Marketing Officer will spearhead marketing initiatives, oversee public relations efforts, and orchestrate community outreach programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate departmental performance against established objectives and implement necessary enhancements.

Develop and manage the department's financial plan, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.

Adhere to organizational policies and procedures.

Contribute strategic insights to the Senior Management Team regarding marketing and community engagement strategies.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the executive leadership.

Design and execute the annual marketing strategy for the organization.

Create promotional materials such as brochures, newsletters, and advertisements.

Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.

Support the development and implementation of business and marketing plans.

Act as the media liaison for the organization, managing press inquiries and overseeing public relations and marketing agency collaborations.

Assess media requests and manage information dissemination while adhering to ethical standards.

Draft and edit press releases and articles to maintain high editorial standards.

Keep executive leadership informed about relevant healthcare legislation.

Oversee speaking engagements and recognition programs for staff.

Coordinate special events, engaging speakers, and addressing community groups on health-related topics.

Plan and manage community initiatives to strengthen relationships between the healthcare facility and the local population.

Engage with civic, business, and service organizations to promote the institution's mission.

Coordinate volunteer activities and community service projects.

Qualifications:


A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Organizational Planning, or a related field, or a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the healthcare sector.

At least two years of experience in marketing and public relations management.

Preferred Qualifications:
Five or more years in healthcare administration with a focus on marketing and public relations.

Demonstrated administrative and organizational capabilities.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficient in relevant software and technology.

Strong attention to detail.

Experience in budget management and financial planning is advantageous.
