Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, door-pulling, and other creative methods.
  • Sales Consultations: Conduct in-depth consultations with local businesses to understand their marketing needs and present tailored solutions that meet their goals.

  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on local market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform sales strategies.

Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of outside sales or phone sales experience, preferably in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work well in fast-paced environments, and proficiency in video conferencing, email, and CRM software.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license, motor vehicle insurance, and passing motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check.
