We are seeking a seasoned lending executive to join our executive management team as the Chief Lending Officer. Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development of lending policies and procedures
- Manage lending activities to meet organizational goals and objectives
- Ensure strong credit quality and maintain concentration risk metrics
- Oversee the safety and soundness of the portfolio
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability
A relevant degree and 10 years' experience in a financial institution with direct responsibility for lending functions is required. Experience managing Consumer, Collections, Residential and/or Business lending functions is required. Advanced degree and/or Lending School certifications are preferred.
