They will be responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and monitoring system challenges while providing swift solutions, informing users of ongoing issues, and delivering online security assistance. This position will oversee operational functions, ticket management, and the performance of IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver highly technical Tier 1 support in enterprise systems
  • Provide help desk assistance for IT hardware, software systems, and applications
  • Accurately document and track calls using help desk software

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must hold a U.S. Government issued, active Secret Level Security Clearance

Educational and Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of one year of relevant experience
