AERMOR is seeking a Level II RDT&E Technical Analyst/Specialist who will be responsible for guiding personnel in executing system and software initiatives. The chosen candidate will engage in research, development, testing, and evaluation activities conducted by both contractors and government entities in the creation of equipment, materials, or software applications. This encompasses services (including government civilian salaries), equipment, components, materials, end items, and weaponry utilized in such operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer technical guidance for teams engaged in system and software development tasks, including product quality assessments.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure effective problem resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Recommend approvals for significant computer system installations.
  • Compile milestone status reports and deliver presentations on system concepts.
  • Supervise supporting analysts and technicians on a daily basis.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Must hold a valid U.S. Government issued Secret Level Security Clearance.
  • Over 8 years of technical experience in analyzing and designing computer systems.
  • Familiarity with contemporary storage and retrieval techniques, with a proven ability to develop specifications and requirements for programmers in coding, testing, and debugging software.
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
