Role Summary:
We are seeking two dedicated Property Administration Support Specialists to join our team. This role is essential in providing a friendly and client-focused support service to our fee earners, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exemplary service through effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Maintain and update the client database as necessary.
- Schedule appointments and manage diaries for fee earners.
- Address queries in person and over the phone, ensuring accurate message delivery.
- Perform scanning, photocopying, and faxing tasks.
- Generate invoices and collaborate with the accounts department regarding payment and account queries.
- Manage files by organizing documents and correspondence both electronically and physically.
- Assist fee earners with various administrative tasks as required.

Essential Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Team-oriented with the capacity to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
- Ability to perform under pressure while demonstrating commitment to the team and firm.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC use.
- Reliable transportation is necessary due to the office location.

Qualifications:
- A Levels at Grade C or above.
- Minimum Grade 6 in English and Maths at GCSE.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Calm and quick-thinking under pressure.
- Smart appearance.

Job Type:
This is a full-time position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work.
