The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing research, development, testing, and evaluation activities conducted by both contractors and government entities in the creation of equipment, materials, or software applications. This role encompasses services, equipment, components, materials, end items, and weaponry utilized in these initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer technical leadership for teams involved in system and software development, including product quality assessments.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure effective problem resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Advise on the approval process for significant computer system implementations.
  • Compile milestone status reports and deliver presentations on system concepts.
  • Supervise and mentor supporting analysts and technicians on a daily basis.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Must hold an active U.S. Government issued Secret Level Security Clearance.
  • Over 8 years of experience in analyzing and designing computer systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in current storage and retrieval techniques, with the ability to develop specifications and requirements for programmers involved in coding, testing, and debugging.
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
