AERMOR is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator (TPC) to support the Program Manager (PM) in overseeing a team dedicated to the integration, system architecture design, and execution of communication networks and information systems essential for maintaining the client's DevSecOps pipeline core infrastructure and data center, while incorporating funded Zero Trust requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the PM in engineering design, technology enhancements, integration, operation, and maintenance (O&M) of software, hardware, and applications within the distributed information DevSecOps pipeline infrastructure.
  • Support initiatives aimed at creating a more scalable, secure, containerized, and adaptable infrastructure utilizing Agile methodologies, with a focus on integrating development, security, and operations (DEVSECOPS) into a seamless continuous process that includes the integration of Zero Trust requirements as prioritized by government personnel.
  • Prepare financial reports that effectively communicate vital information regarding the status and awareness of all Contractor services supporting this task.
  • Develop and maintain implementation strategies and network Certification & Accreditation (C&A) supporting the DevSecOps pipeline environment.
  • Generate and uphold Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documentation, Configuration Management (CM) baselines, Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation, security reviews and assessments, and other necessary security documents.
  • Provide both technical and non-technical functions in the client's Information Systems Security Management Plan.
  • Manage a diverse team responsible for the following tasks:
  • Design, implement, install, configure, test, and integrate documentation.
  • Offer engineering support, cyber compliance, and maintenance for networks/systems/devices, including configuration management of underlying virtualization software such as VMware, KVM, and software-defined networks (SDN).
  • Deliver system engineering support for various pipelines, integrated systems, networks, support equipment, and other Information Technology (IT) and Cyber Security systems.
  • Conduct troubleshooting, repair, monitoring, and management of enterprise networks and services.
  • Provide necessary engineering support for proper design, infrastructure upgrades, testing, maintenance oversight, and operational readiness.
  • Restore data center power infrastructure supporting the DevSecOps pipeline and other data center capabilities.

Qualifications:
  • Must currently possess a U.S. Government issued, active Secret Level Security Clearance.
  • 5+ years of recent and relevant experience leading IT projects or working with DoD systems required to simulate and stimulate live, virtual, and constructive systems for integrated training.
Education/Certification Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with a technical focus (computer science, business, engineering, etc.).
  • Master's degree preferred.
