Job Description

The Business Development - Community Relations professional at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is responsible for promoting our treatment services and forging connections with healthcare organizations to ensure every child with autism has access to services. This role requires a passion for making a difference and a drive to innovate and tailor interventions that truly resonate with each unique individual.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the profitable marketing of ABA Therapy services for children with autism.
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding the profitable growth of client referrals and increasing center census.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing marketing and outreach plans.
  • Responsible for analyzing referral data, trends, and adjusting marketing efforts based on data analysis.
  • Responsible for follow-up on all marketing efforts and informing the Executive Director of the status of activities.
Requirements:
  • Requires a minimum of (3) years of sales and marketing experience in healthcare, mental health, education, or related therapies field.
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience in sales and marketing in the service industry.
  • Requires the ability to travel.
  • Must have reliable vehicle/transportation, valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle.
